What the Builder does

The InTrack Tracker Builder is an external setup helper. It takes a description of a habit or routine and generates a setup file you can import into the InTrack Android app.

The Builder creates setup configuration only. It does not create logs, tracking history, or personal data of any kind. Nothing is stored by this website after your session ends.

Your prompt and the AI provider

When AI-assisted mode is active, the text you enter into the Builder prompt field may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a draft setup. The AI returns a structured plan; the website validates it and generates the final import file — the AI never produces the import JSON directly.

In sandbox mode (labeled “Sandbox” in the builder header), no prompt text is sent anywhere. A local mock AI is used instead.

The InTrack Tracker Builder is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other AI provider. The configured AI provider has its own privacy policy and terms of service.

What is not sent

• Your InTrack tracking logs or history.
• Data from the InTrack Android app installed on your device.
• Any data you have not explicitly typed into the Builder prompt.

The Builder has no connection to the InTrack Android app and cannot read its local data.

The InTrack Android app

InTrack is a local-first Android app. Your tracking data is stored on your device and is not sent to or stored by InTrack's backend. Using the Builder does not change this.

Generated setup files

Files downloaded or copied from the Builder contain setup configuration only — tracker names, types, goals, frequency, and optional reminders. They do not include logs, history, or personal data.

Review all settings in the generated file before importing into InTrack. The Builder validates the setup, but you should confirm it matches your intent.

InTrack Plus

Some setup options the Builder can generate — such as multiple reminders or certain colors — may require InTrack Plus to use in the app. The Builder notes when a setting may require Plus, but it does not know which tier your InTrack account uses.
